We give you the support of a local office, without the cost of setting one up from day one. When you are taking your first steps into the French market, we are here on the ground to handle day-to-day administrative matters, coordinate with local clients and suppliers, and help keep communication between France and your head office clear and efficient.

One of our core services is financial statement conversion. Accounting practices and reporting formats differ to some extent between Taiwan and France. We help bridge that gap by translating local financial information into figures and formats your head office can readily understand, review, and use for decision-making.

財務與報表Finance & reportingFinance

  • 報表轉換：依台灣企業會計準則或 IFRS，協助將法國公司依法國會計準則（PCG）編製的財務報表，轉換為台灣總部合併報表所需的格式，並提供差異說明。轉換結果可與總部及簽證會計師配合確認。Statement conversion: help convert your French company's statements, prepared under French GAAP (PCG), into the format your Taiwan head office needs for consolidation under Taiwanese GAAP or IFRS, with notes on the differences. Results can be confirmed together with head office and your auditors.
  • 財務資料整理：協助閱讀法國公司的 bilan 與 compte de résultat，將主要資訊整理為中文或英文管理月報。Financial summaries: help you read your French company's bilan and compte de résultat, and turn the key figures into a monthly management report in Chinese or English.
  • 會計師協調：與法國 expert-comptable 對接；如企業尚未有當地會計師，可協助尋找合適的專業服務提供者。Accountant liaison: work with your French expert-comptable; if you don't have one yet, we can help you find a suitable provider.
  • 申報時程協調：協助追蹤 TVA 等申報與繳納時程；實際申報及依法須由專業人士執行的業務，由企業或合作專業人士辦理。Filing calendar: help track TVA (VAT) and other filing and payment deadlines; the filings themselves, and any work legally reserved for licensed professionals, are handled by your company or partner professionals.

關於我About

台灣總部與法國之間的橋樑A bridge between Taiwan HQ and France

我目前在巴黎從事資料分析。過去在台灣多家大型上市公司，擔任總部與法國子公司之間的橋樑：從財會部門出發，也參與子公司的行政業務。我知道台灣總部想看到什麼，也知道法國這邊怎麼運作，並用數據讓兩邊看到同一件事。I work in data analysis in Paris. Before that, at several large listed companies in Taiwan, I was the link between headquarters and their French subsidiaries, starting in finance and accounting and extending into subsidiary administration. I know what a Taiwanese head office needs to see and how things work on the French side, and I use data so both sides see the same picture.

我們在法國已經有辦公室和團隊，也適合嗎？We already have an office and team in France. Is this for us?

適合。如果每個月把法國子公司的報表轉換成台灣總部需要的格式很花時間，或台法會計處理的差異常讓總部看不懂，我們可以單獨承接報表轉換，不需要搭配其他服務。Yes. If converting your French subsidiary's monthly accounts into the format head office needs takes too much time, or Taiwan–France accounting differences keep confusing head office, we can take on statement conversion on its own, without any other services.

Relais Paris 有實體辦公室嗎？Does Relais Paris have a physical office?

目前沒有實體辦公空間，也不提供公司登記地址。與客戶或合作夥伴的會議，會安排在對方公司、商務會議空間或線上進行。如果您需要在法國登記公司地址，我們可以介紹合法的登記地址服務業者。Not at the moment, and we do not provide a registered company address. Meetings with clients or partners take place at their premises, in a business meeting space, or online. If you need a registered address in France, we can refer you to a licensed domiciliation provider.

費用怎麼計算？How is it priced?

採固定月費，依工作範圍報價。初談後我們會提供書面方案，每月金額固定、沒有隱藏費用，差旅等實報實銷的項目會事先說明。A fixed monthly fee based on scope. After the intro call you get a written proposal with one set monthly amount; out-of-pocket costs like travel are agreed in advance.

我們還沒有法國公司，也可以合作嗎？We don't have a French entity yet. Can we still work together?

可以。這個服務模式就是為測試階段設計的：不必先在當地設立公司，就能用相對輕鬆的方式測試法國，甚至歐洲市場。確認值得投入之後，再決定是否設立公司。Yes. This model is built for the testing stage: without setting up a local company, you can test the French, or wider European, market with little commitment, and decide on an entity once you know it's worth it.

緊急的事情怎麼處理？What about urgent matters?

所有訊息 24 小時內回覆，合約也會約定緊急聯絡方式。超出月費範圍的緊急工作，會先跟您確認報價再進行。Every message is answered within 24 hours, and the contract sets an urgent channel. Urgent work outside your plan is quoted and confirmed with you first.

您能代替法國會計師嗎？Can you replace a French accountant?

不行，也不應該。法定帳務與申報需要持牌的 expert-comptable。我們的角色是讓您和會計師之間的溝通順暢，並把結果翻成您看得懂的管理報表。No. Statutory accounts and filings require a licensed expert-comptable. My role is to make that relationship work and turn the output into management reports you can use.

資料安全怎麼保障？How is our data protected?

簽約時一併簽署保密協議。每家客戶的文件分開存放，合作結束時依您的指示歸還或刪除。An NDA is signed with the contract. Each client's files are kept separate and returned or deleted at the end, as you instruct.
